Situation
A global professional services firm lacked a centralized careers experience, creating candidate confusion, inconsistent messaging, and heavy manual lift for recruiters.
What I Did
Designed and led the build of a Careers Hub as a single source of truth for hiring, including a Talent Network, process transparency, EVP storytelling, structured communications, and ATS integrations. Partnered closely with design and engineering to remediate critical functionality blockers pre-launch and drove UX refinements across application flow, navigation, accessibility, and visual hierarchy to ensure the site met both candidate-experience and compliance standards.
Outcome
Delivered a fully integrated careers ecosystem in 90 days, improving candidate trust and preparedness while reducing recruiter overhead through self-service discovery and inbound interest.
