Situation

A global professional services firm lacked a centralized careers experience, creating candidate confusion, inconsistent messaging, and heavy manual lift for recruiters.

What I Did

Designed and led the build of a Careers Hub as a single source of truth for hiring, including a Talent Network, process transparency, EVP storytelling, structured communications, and ATS integrations. Partnered closely with design and engineering to remediate critical functionality blockers pre-launch and drove UX refinements across application flow, navigation, accessibility, and visual hierarchy to ensure the site met both candidate-experience and compliance standards.

Outcome

Delivered a fully integrated careers ecosystem in 90 days, improving candidate trust and preparedness while reducing recruiter overhead through self-service discovery and inbound interest.

Situation

The business had outgrown its legacy ATS and was dealing with unreliable workflows, limited reporting, and a poor experience for candidates and hiring managers.

What I Did

Conceptualized and directed an end-to-end ATS vendor evaluation across 10+ platforms. Co-led final vendor selection, authored executive proposal, secured C-suite buy-in, and led implementation of a modern ATS with custom workflows, integrations, and automations.

Reduced annual recruiting technology and operational costs by roughly $100K while unlocking real-time visibility into hiring metrics and improving stakeholder experience across the lifecycle.

I’m a People & Talent leader who has built recruiting functions from the inside while partnering closely on broader people strategy, from workforce planning to the systems and structures that support how teams grow. I’m SHRM-SCP certified, and I love blending people strategy with technology to create scalable, human-centered employee experiences. My work sits at the intersection of hiring, operations, and organizational design, helping companies build teams that actually perform. Outside of work, I make music, read obsessively, and chase ideas that live somewhere between creativity and systems thinking.
